The client
McDonald's is one of the most recognizable brands in the world and in our country, which has become synonymous with fast and quality food and beverage service. Since the end of 1993, when we opened our first restaurant on Čopova street in Ljubljana, we have developed into the largest Slovenian catering company.
The challenge
We needed to improve the visual look and feel of the website, increase the conversion rate and improve the presentation of their products, and improve the overall digital experience and communication with McDonald's users.
The solution
To educate our design thinking, our UX team carried out a combination of quantitative and qualitative analysis based on the extensive information about how people were using the website. We defined a series of key insights for McDonald's and recommendations for improving the website’s overall user experience, navigation, and information architecture.
