Smart - A new era of driving
The client
Smart is a German automotive brand and division of Daimler AG. The marque is based in Böblingen, Germany. It produces microcars and subcompacts, primarily the Fortwo and Forfour. The primary assembly plant is the Smartville in Hambach, France. Renault-owned Revoz, based in Novo Mesto, Slovenia, has also assembled Smart vehicles. Smart is marketed in 46 countries around the world, and production of the Fortwo had surpassed 1.7 million units by early 2015.
The challenge
Smart has introduced new electric models. Due to the greater awareness of users and consumers, they needed additional positioning of the campaign in the digital field. It was necessary to prepare and plan a website that at the same time reflects the connection with the existing Mercedes site and the new look adapted to the new Smart campaign.
The solution
The new online environment with information architecture resulting from our research strategy has helped to direct the attention of new consumers and users. Thanks to their intuitive research and planning, we were able to get to the right solution quickly.
